That is because most AVCHD camcorders adopt Universalĭisk Format (UDF) 2.50 defect management system, but the AVCHD content in UDF system can not be read natively by Windows XP. When you check the AVCHD from an AVCHD camcorder on Windows XP, sometimes you see an empty root folder and no MTS files contained within.Do not recommend to add AVCHD Motion backgrounds in DVD menus or chapter thumbnails when creating a DVD.Compared with thumbnails from SD and HD codecs rendering AVCHD thumbnails may take longer. ![]() ![]() ![]()
